The Hornby Island Blues Society believes that music creates community, and Blues and Roots music energize the spirit and inspire attitude. In 2018 we continue our unique workshops where we invite a dozen or so of the finest Canadian Blues and Roots musicians around to share their knowledge and inspiration with those 70 students fortunate enough to have successfully registered for the camp. Our workshops cover a variety of instruments and blues playing styles and with our small class sizes, students get a hands-on instruction that is at the heart of all successful learning.
